One main issue was the import of foods.  Most of the Lebanese food products are imported from other countries, especially plant-based ones. During these times of crisis, imports started to decline worldwide and many foods that we were used to finding on supermarket shelves were no longer available or were difficult to find.We knew that any change at all, even small ones, would be a push forward. So why not start our own plant-based food company right here in Lebanon? Delicious and local plant-based foods sound like a win-win for everyone. It will positively impact the environment, animals, and your health! As of today, Meet Plants offer 3 kinds of plant-based patties. Bean mushroom, Beetroot, and Falafel. They are each made uniquely and aim to satisfy all types of taste buds. But this is just the beginning! With time Meet Plants intends on expanding its range of plant-based items.
